each package will contain either a necklace or a bracelet based on your choosing, your personal serial number verification, and our society honor code and guidelines

the necklace and bracelet are sleek stainless steel chains, each featuring a stainless steel shape at the helm. engraved on the front of the shape is the FEMiD identifier society symbol. the back of the shape features the FEMiD logo and your unique serial number, assigned based on the order of purchase
the identifier society symbol is to be kept a secret. in our identifier society, every individual must honor one another. this means never discussing or explaining the symbol to anyone unless they are a lesbian or sapphic. the society and system exist to protect and represent true lesbians and sapphics in the community
secrecy is our strength. only those in the community or those who possess a FEMiD necklace or bracelet should recognize the symbol.
FEMiD (pronounced 'femme id' or 'femid'), reflecting the fluid nature of choice, was originally conceived to elevate the visibility of femmes in the community and those who feel unseen. the ultimate goal is to provide visibility to all identities within the sapphic and lesbian community
as the society grows and evolves, new symbols and opportunities will emerge. once a symbol becomes oversaturated, it will be changed to maintain its integrity and discretion. however with each symbol shift, its predecessor becomes increasingly rare
